SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to or otherwise utilizing Dog Magnet Training's SMS/Text Messaging Service (the "SMS Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Program Description: You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., service promotions, class availability, scheduling reminders, and educational tips) from Dog Magnet Training on the phone number you provided.
Frequency: Message frequency will vary.
Consent and Opt-In: You understand that consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service agreement with Dog Magnet Training. By consenting, you confirm you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or have the account holder's permission.
Cost: Dog Magnet Training does not charge for the SMS Service. However, Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier for any messages sent to or received from us.
User Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS Service at any time. To stop receiving all messages, reply with the keyword STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive. You will receive one final text message confirming your opt-out.
